Overview

Tasklet is a hosted service for AI agents that handle recurring work. You describe the job in a chat; the agent connects to your apps through sign-in, APIs or MCP servers, and can use a browser in the cloud for sites with no integration. It runs on a schedule or when something happens, such as a new Gmail or Outlook message, a webhook or a calendar event, and it can make files, send emails and post to Slack. It suits small business owners and teams who want routine work done without building automations step by step.

You set up an automation by describing it instead of wiring steps together, and an agent asks you before it uses a tool you have not turned on.

Try these first

Start with the first one: it is a small task you can check easily.

  1. Read my calendar for tomorrow and write a short summary of my meetings. Don't send anything.First try · read-only

  2. Every weekday at 8am, list the new leads in [CRM] from the last day.runs on a schedule

  3. When an email from [customer domain] arrives in Gmail, draft a reply for me to check.reads your email

  4. Each Friday, post a summary of this week's closed deals to the #sales Slack channel.posts to Slack

Good to know

You repeat the same small job every week, such as pulling numbers from one app into a summary for your team. You describe it to a Tasklet agent once, connect the apps it needs and let it run on a schedule.

Limits

  • Every request uses credits, and the cost depends on the task, the tools turned on and how often an automation runs. The free trial credits are limited, so start with one small task.
  • An agent with send or write permissions can act in your connected apps. Decide which tools it may use on its own and which need your approval first.
