Privacy policy
We collect as little as we can: standard server logs, and what you send us when you ask for help.
Draft: to be reviewed before launch
What we collect
- Visiting the site: our server keeps standard logs (time, page, browser type and a shortened IP address) for security and to keep the site running. We count page views and measure page speed with Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights, which use no cookies and do not identify you. We do not use advertising trackers.
- Get help requests and contact messages: your email address and, if you give them, your name and company; your answers to the form's questions, what you write, the error text and any screenshots you attach. We also record which page of this site you were on before you opened the form (only its address, such as /en/library/claude-code), so we know which pages lead people to ask for help.
Why
To answer your request, agree a plan and a price, do the work, and keep the site secure. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Who sees it
Your request is emailed to the team inbox that handles its topic. Our team and the service providers we use to run that work can process it: email hosting (Google Workspace), email delivery (Resend) and software tools, including AI tools, that help us organise requests and prepare replies. Payments go through Stripe; we never see your card number.
How long
We keep a request while we work on it and for up to 12 months after the last message, then delete it, unless the law requires us to keep records such as invoices for longer.
Your choices
Ask us through the contact form to see, correct or delete what we hold about you.
