Terms of use

Short and plain: what the Library is, how Get help works, and what we ask of you.

Draft: to be reviewed before launch

The Library

The Library describes projects made by other people and companies. Each project belongs to its creator and keeps its own license and terms. We describe projects in good faith from the creator's own material, but we do not review or test them and cannot promise that a project works for you, suits your use or stays available. You decide whether to install and use a project.

Get help

  • We look at your request first, then agree the scope and the price with you by email before any paid work starts.
  • Payment is made through a Stripe payment link that we send you, as agreed in the plan.
  • Help is a service: we work on your setup with you. Results depend on your systems, your accounts and the third-party projects involved.
  • Keep control of your accounts. Never send us passwords; if we need access to something, we agree a safe way first.
  • Each project you deploy keeps its own license, and you are responsible for following it. We do not grant, sell or transfer any license. If a project's license limits paid help or the changes you want (for example removing its branding), we will tell you and may adjust or decline the work.
