Overview
MiniMax MCP is MiniMax's official connector that gives an AI agent its speech, voice, image and video tools. You ask in plain words and the agent can read text aloud, list or design voices, clone a voice from audio samples, draw images and start video jobs, returning the results as links or saved files. You add it to your agent's MCP settings with a MiniMax API key, and each call is billed to your MiniMax account. MiniMax now also recommends its newer MiniMax CLI; this connector suits people who already use MCP clients such as Cursor.
One connector covers voice, image and video, so your agent can make a narrated clip without you moving between separate apps.

You want a short voice-over or a product image without leaving your agent. MiniMax MCP gives the agent MiniMax's speech, voice, image and video tools and returns links or saves the files to a folder you choose.
Limits
- Each generation call is billed to your MiniMax account; the README warns that using the tools may incur costs.
- The API key and API host must come from the same region, or calls fail with an invalid key error.
