Runs a team of AI assistants with their own jobs, memory and routines on your own setup
Rakazo is an open-source app for running long-lived AI assistants, called bots, each with its own job, memory and routines. They use a browser, files and apps such as Gmail, and ask first when you say so.

Rakazo is an open source app for running persistent AI assistants, called bots, that each have a job, memory, routines and their own computer to work on. You give a bot a role such as sorting an inbox or researching sales leads, set when it runs, and choose when it must ask before acting; it can use a browser, files and connected apps like Gmail, GitHub or Notion, and you can message it from the desktop app, your phone or Slack. It suits individuals and teams who want assistants they host themselves.
You keep the whole stack under your control and choose the model, while bots run on schedules and you decide when they must ask first.
Start with the first one: it is a small task you can check easily.

| Feature | What it does | Runs |
|---|---|---|
| Persistent bots | Each bot keeps its own conversations, memory, routines and history | Your Rakazo server |
| Routines | Run on a schedule, a webhook or a GitHub event | Your Rakazo server |
| Computers | Browser, terminal, file and desktop access on a shared team or private computer | Read + write |
| App connections | Connect apps through Composio, Pipedream Connect, remote MCP servers or OpenAPI | Your connected apps |
| Approvals | Choose Never ask, Auto or Ask, and allow or block single tools and sites | Your Rakazo server |
| Voice and mobile | Talk to or call a bot, and message it from iPhone, Android or Slack | Your voice provider |
You want an assistant that sorts your inbox every weekday morning and leaves replies for you to approve. Rakazo lets you create that bot, give it a routine and a computer to work on, and, with approvals set to Ask, check each change before it happens.
