Lets Claude Code save, find and update notes in your Obsidian vault across sessions

Obsidian Second Brain is a Claude Code plugin that uses your Obsidian vault as long-term memory. After a conversation, one command files the decisions, people and tasks into linked notes, and a later session can search the vault and load that context. It can also turn links, PDFs, voice memos and screenshots into notes and update the pages they touch. It suits people who already keep notes in Obsidian and use Claude Code every day.
Your notes stay as plain Markdown files in your own vault, so the memory outlasts any one AI tool.
Start with the first one: it is a small task you can check easily.

| Output | What it is | Reads |
|---|---|---|
| Save a conversation | Files decisions, people, tasks and ideas from the chat into linked notes | Your vault |
| Search your notes | Finds past notes and loads them as context in a new session | Your vault |
| Ingest sources | Turns links, PDFs, voice memos and screenshots into notes and updates related pages | Your vault |
| Daily notes | Builds today's note with overdue tasks and overnight changes | Your vault |
| Research commands | Pull web, X and YouTube material into notes; the X and YouTube ones need your own API keys | Web and paid APIs |
| Scheduled agents | Morning, nightly, weekly and health runs that stay off until you turn them on | Your vault |
Keep what you decide in Claude Code sessions in your own Obsidian vault. The plugin files a conversation into linked notes and lets a later session search them, so you explain less each time.
