Overview
ChatGPT-Telegram-Workers is an open-source Telegram bot that you deploy to your own Cloudflare account, with no server or domain needed. A Deploy to Cloudflare button sets it up from a bot token you get from BotFather; you then add an AI provider such as OpenAI, Anthropic, DeepSeek or Cloudflare Workers AI in an admin panel inside Telegram. You chat with it like any contact, switch models with a command and ask for images. It suits Telegram users who want a private AI chat bot.
It runs on Cloudflare's free Workers plan from a one-click deploy, so a personal AI bot needs no server of your own.

Good to know
You want an AI chat assistant inside Telegram that answers only you or your group. The project deploys a bot to your own Cloudflare account and lets you pick the AI provider and model from an admin panel in Telegram.
Limits
- You need a Telegram bot token, your Telegram user id and a Cloudflare account before the deploy button can finish.
- Messages you send to the bot go to the AI provider you configure, and that provider bills your API key.
