Overview

This skill from Wondel.ai teaches your AI agent a negotiation framework based on Chris Voss's book Never Split the Difference. Describe the talk ahead, such as a salary review or a price dispute, and the agent helps you prepare an accusation audit, how and what questions, labels for the other side's feelings and an offer plan using the Ackerman method. It also scores your preparation out of 10 and lists the gaps. It suits anyone facing a salary, purchase or contract negotiation.

It turns one well-known book's techniques into a concrete prep sheet for your own situation, instead of general advice.

Try these first

Start with the first one: it is a small task you can check easily.

  1. I want my landlord to fix the heating this week. Write an accusation audit and three calibrated questions for the call.First try

  2. Help me prepare for my salary review: I earn [amount] and want [target]. Plan my offers with the Ackerman method.

  3. The supplier won't move on price. Give me labels and questions to find out what is holding them back.

  4. Score my negotiation plan out of 10 and list what is missing: [paste plan]

Good to know

Before a salary review or a supplier call, describe the situation and let the agent build a prep sheet: what the other side may fear, questions to ask, labels to use and a planned sequence of offers. Afterwards it scores the plan and names what is missing.

Limits

  • The advice follows one book's method, including never splitting the difference and preferring no deal to a bad deal. Decide whether that stance fits your situation.
  • The agent only knows what you tell it about the other side. Check facts such as market salary ranges yourself.
