Overview
A skill from Anthropic's Small Business plugin that turns a short conversation about a role into a hiring packet. You describe the job, pay and interview steps; it returns a job post, an interview guide with questions and 1-3-5 scoring rubrics, a resume screening rubric and an offer letter template, as Word files. Made for owners and managers who hire without an HR team. It does not screen or rank applicants.
Each required qualification is written so it can be checked against a resume, and pay is a number or a band, never just 'competitive'.

Good to know
Prepare what you need to open a role: a job post, an interview guide split by stage, and an offer letter template with placeholders. If you already have job posts or offer letters, it keeps their format.
Limits
- The offer letter template uses US employment terms such as at-will employment; it needs legal review and, outside the US, replacement clauses.
- It never posts the job. An offer goes to DocuSign only as a draft, and it is sent only after you confirm.
