by Matt Van HornSkillResearch something

The problem it solves

You have a call with a company tomorrow, and a web search only shows old press releases, not what people are saying about it this month.

For People preparing for meetingsSales teamsWriters and creators

Before
You open Reddit, X and YouTube one tab at a time and read thread after thread to piece together the latest news.
After
You type one topic and get a brief ranked by what people engaged with, with links to the posts behind each point.

Overview

last30days is a skill that has your agent search Reddit, Hacker News, Polymarket, GitHub, YouTube, X and other sources at once for posts from the past 30 days. It scores results by upvotes, likes and other engagement, merges the same story across sites, and writes a cited brief you can ask follow-up questions about. Reddit, Hacker News, Polymarket and GitHub work with no setup; more sources need free tools or your own keys. It suits people preparing for a meeting, a sales call, a trip or a piece of writing.

It ranks what real people engaged with across many sites at once, rather than what ranks well in a web search.

Try these first

Start with the first one: it is a small task you can check easily.

  1. Research [a product I use] from the last 30 days, using only the sources that need no setup. List the sources you used.First try · saves a file

  2. What is taking off in [a field] right now? Give me the top topics with the numbers behind them.

  3. Compare [tool A] vs [tool B] from the last 30 days and put the differences in a table.

  4. Search my saved research for [topic]. Have I looked into it before?

Good to know

Before a meeting or a purchase, find out what people have said about a person, company or product this month. The skill searches several community sites in parallel, ranks posts by engagement and writes one brief with links to its sources.

Limits

  • Coverage depends on what you set up: with no keys or browser login it uses Reddit, Hacker News, Polymarket and GitHub. It asks before reading browser cookies for X.
  • If you add a reasoning provider key, your topic and the retrieved snippets are sent to that provider for scoring.
