Describe your product or business and its market, and the skill writes a SWOT analysis: five to seven strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats each. It then cross-checks them, for example which strengths can win which opportunities, and ends with three to five recommendations, owners and metrics to track. It suits founders, small-business owners and product managers preparing a plan or a pitch.
It goes past the four boxes to concrete recommendations, owners and metrics you can act on.
Start with the first one: it is a small task you can check easily.

Assess where a product or small business stands before a planning session. The skill turns your description of the product, market and resources into a SWOT grid, cross-references the four lists and proposes prioritised actions.
