The problem it solves

The team wants to start building on Monday, and nobody has written down what the feature is for or how you will know it worked.

Overview

This skill helps your agent write a lean product requirements document (PRD), about one to two pages. It first asks up to three questions about the problem, the users and how success will be measured, then fills an 8-section template: summary, contacts, background, objective with key results, market segments, value propositions, solution and release. The result is saved as a Markdown file you can share. It suits product managers, founders and anyone planning a new feature.

It keeps the PRD short and marks guesses as assumptions instead of filling gaps with made-up facts.

Try these first

Start with the first one: it is a small task you can check easily.

  1. Write a PRD for this small feature idea: [two sentences]. Ask me your questions first, and mark anything you assume.First try · writes a file

  2. Review this PRD and list what is missing for a decision, then what could be cut: [paste PRD]

  3. Write a fuller PRD for [product name], including competitors and why now.may search the web

Good to know

You have a product or feature idea and need a document the team can read in a few minutes and act on. The skill asks for the missing basics, then writes a one-to-two-page PRD with assumptions marked as such.

Limits

  • The skill may search the web for market and competitor context. Check every cited source and number before sharing the document.
  • It does not know your users or data. Answers you skip become marked assumptions, which still need checking with real evidence.
