The problem it solves

An investor asks for your marketing plan next week, and all you have are scattered notes, a few experiments and a budget in your head.

For FoundersFractional CMOs and consultantsSmall marketing teams

Before
You piece a plan together from templates and old notes, and it ends up generic or never gets finished.
After
You answer its questions, approve each of 13 sections as it drafts them, and get one plan with a 90-day roadmap you can paste into Notion.

Overview

This skill interviews you about your product, customers, budget, team and funding, then drafts a 13-section marketing plan one section at a time for you to approve. The plan follows the customer journey from first contact to revenue, with a 90-day roadmap, a 12-month outlook, a way to set the budget and the open questions you still need to answer. You get one markdown document ready to paste into Notion. It suits founders, consultants and small teams planning their marketing.

It asks for your real budget, team and funding stage first, so the plan matches what you can actually do instead of a generic template.

Try these first

Start with the first one: it is a small task you can check easily.

  1. /marketing-plan [your product]. Run the intake, then show me the strategic frame section to approve and stop there.First try · asks you questions first

  2. Here is our budget, team and current channels: [paste notes]. Score our current marketing against your rubric.

  3. Draft the 90-day roadmap with an owner for each step.

  4. List the open decisions we still need to make before the plan is final.

Good to know

Turn scattered notes about a product, its budget and its team into one marketing plan. The skill runs an intake, scores the current state, then drafts and reviews 13 sections with you before compiling the final document.

Limits

  • A full plan runs to about 8,000 to 12,000 words over many review rounds. Facts it cannot confirm, such as an unknown customer acquisition cost, are listed as open decisions rather than filled in.
  • It saves research and progress files under ~/marketing-plans/ on your computer. Pulling numbers from analytics or payment tools only works if those tools are already connected to your agent.
