The problem it solves

You check prices in one app, news in another and filings somewhere else, and still can't tell where the numbers in a hot take came from.

For Individual investorsFollowers of A-shares, HK and US stocks

Before
You jump between quote apps, news sites and filings, then copy figures into notes by hand.
After
One page shows your watchlist, holdings and a daily review, and research reports tie figures to their evidence.

Overview

Vibe Research is a stock research workbench that runs on your computer and opens in your browser. It shows indices, your watchlist, holdings and a daily market review, follows industry news and builds company research reports whose figures carry evidence or calculation IDs, and lets you backtest ideas in chat. You connect a Claude Code, Codex or WorkBuddy subscription, or a model API key. The interface is in Chinese, and it suits individual investors following A-shares, Hong Kong and US stocks.

Figures in its research reports carry an evidence or calculation ID, so you can trace a number back to the raw data it came from.

Try these first

Start with the first one: it is a small task you can check easily.

  1. Summarize today's daily review: market breadth, turnover and the main indices, with the data date for each figure.First try · read-only

  2. Research [company name or ticker]: profile, financials, valuation and main risks, with a source for each number.

  3. Backtest a moving-average crossover on [stock] against the market index over the last five years. Show return and drawdown.

  4. What has changed in the AI compute supply chain in the last three days? Cite the sources.

Good to know

Keep a watchlist of China, Hong Kong and US stocks, read a daily market review and ask for a company research report. The report links each figure to the data or calculation it came from, so you can check it before relying on it.

Limits

  • The interface and most reports are in Chinese. Third-party public data may be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and the project states its output is not investment advice.
  • The ready-made packages are not code-signed, so macOS and Windows block the first launch until you allow it. An API key typed into the page is kept in the browser's local storage.
