What it does

Meeting Summary is an official Langflow starter template. You give it the web address of a meeting recording; it transcribes the audio with AssemblyAI, then an AI agent writes a structured summary with an overview, decisions, action items and key points. You can then ask follow-up questions in the chat and it answers from the transcript. It suits people who record calls and want notes without writing them up by hand.

It goes from a raw recording to notes and a chat about the meeting in one flow, and you pick which AI model writes the summary.

Before you start

  • langflow, on your own server or the platform's cloud.
  • Langflow on your computer: Langflow Desktop (macOS, Windows), Docker or the Python package
  • An API key from an AI model provider, such as OpenAI, Anthropic or Google
  • An AssemblyAI API key for the transcription
  • The recording at a public web address the transcription service can reach
  • Pay per use. The AI service it calls charges for what you use.
