## What it does

A skill from Anthropic's Small Business plugin that turns what came out of a sales conversation into a proposal, estimate or statement of work. Give it a call transcript, voice memo, jobsite photos, an RFP or typed notes, plus a rate card or past jobs; it prices from what you have charged before, writes the scope with a 'not included' section, and returns Word and PDF files. Made for service businesses that quote every job.

- With no rate card or comparable job, price lines stay as placeholders for you to fill. Sending, signature routing and deposit invoices each wait for your explicit approval.
- DocuSign routing works only from a template already in your account; otherwise you upload the file yourself.

Suggested first task: Paste a few lines of made-up notes about a small job and a simple rate card. Check that each price line traces back to the rate card and that a 'not included' section is there.
