# Install brief: Slide Deck Builder

## What it does

This is the skill Anthropic uses when Claude makes or edits presentations. Give Claude your notes, an outline or an existing deck, and it builds a .pptx file with real charts and speaker notes, or fills in a template you supply. It also reads the text out of a deck. It suits anyone who presents at work or school and wants a first draft of the slides.

- It is source-available, not open source: its license allows use only through Anthropic's services under your Claude terms, so it is not meant to be copied into other agents.
- Claude checks its slides with LibreOffice, which can swap fonts. Open the deck in PowerPoint and look at each slide before you present it.

Suggested first task: Paste a five-point outline and ask for a five-slide deck. Open the file and check each slide for overflowing text and missing points.
